Janet suggested I write an article on a timely subject: Directors’ and Officers’ insurance as it relates to backdating of stock options. She sent the article to a legal publication; the subject was very much in the news and the article was re-published several times. Janet also arranged for me to speak with reporters at several business publications and I was invited to present at a national conference. As a result, I got two new clients.
